The email provider can be used to connect to Pop3 and Imap mailboxes and for sending events over smtp using the javax.mail api. For each of the protocol, SSL is supported and is enabled using pop3s, imaps and smtps respectively.

The email connectors can be used to send and recieve event payloads over Mail protocols and support protocol features such as attachments, replyTo, CC and BCC addresses, binary content types and custom headers.
